SHIPPING POLICY <\/strong><\/p>\n

PLEASE NOTE: Because of the coronavirus pandemic there may be a delay in shipping your order or in the carrier delivering your order. Please know that we are doing everything possible to get your order out in a timely manner.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Orders placed before 11:00am Pacific Time [2:00pm Eastern Time] Monday through Friday normally ship within 1-2 business days.<\/p>\n

Orders placed after 11:00 am Pacific Time [2:00pm Eastern Time] should ship within 2 business days. (We are closed on Saturday & Sunday)<\/p>\n

MEGAFastener.com is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, vehicle breakdowns, labor strikes, or other acts beyond our control.<\/p>\n

MEGAFastener is not responsible for theft. Unless otherwise noted all orders ship with “No Signature Required”. In many cases this means your package may be delivered and left in a conspicuous place while you are away. Once delivered neither we nor the Carrier can be held responsible for any acts of theft. “Signature Required” shipments are available by request.<\/p>\n

\nFree Shipping terms and conditions<\/u><\/strong>
\nOffer includes all 50 states (Items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories must be able to fit USPS packaging to qualify for Free Shipping. *Additional shipping charges may apply)<\/p>\n

Items eligible for Free Shipping are clearly marked throughout this website. On those specific items Free Shipping applies regardless of quantity, weight, or price.<\/p>\n

By choosing the method “Free Shipping” you authorize MEGAFastener.com to determine the shipping method. Based on weight and destination the shipping method will be assigned at our discretion via USPS (approx. 7-14 business days transit), UPS (approx. 5-7 business days transit) or Common Carrier (approx. 5-8 business days transit) depending on your location (Excluding Weekends & Holidays). Lift gate service is included for residential deliveries if necessary.**<\/p>\n

UPS and USPS (5-7 business days transit) and the Common Carrier (5-8 business days transit) are estimates only and are not a guarantee of delivery within that time.<\/p>\n

USPS Services<\/strong>
\nFirst Class Mail transit times are typically 7-14 business days within the United States
\nPriority Mail transit times are typically 7-14 business days within the United States
\nTransit times are Monday through Saturday and exclude Sundays and holidays.
\nTransit times do not include the day your order ships.<\/p>\n

UPS Services<\/strong>
\nShipping cost is calculated according to current UPS Rates.
\nTransit times are according to business days and exclude weekends and holidays.
\nTransit time does not include the shipping day. For example if your order is shipped on Monday, UPS Next Day Air would deliver Tuesday; UPS 2nd Day Air – Wednesday; UPS 3 Day Select – Thursday; etc.<\/p>\n

UPS Services for Domestic Shipping (within the USA)<\/u><\/strong>
\nUPS Next Day Air – Next business day by mid day to most locations
\nUPS Next Day Air Saver – Next business day by the end of day
\nUPS 2nd Day Air – 2nd business day by end of day
\nUPS 3 Day Select – 3rd business day by end of day
\nUPS Ground – up to 6 business days depending on delivery location<\/p>\n

Impact of the Coronavirus on UPS Service Guarantee.
\n<\/strong>Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

\nChanges to UPS Commitment Times
\n<\/strong>Delivery times for UPS Next Day Air Saver\u00ae<\/sup> and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.\u00ae<\/sup> services scheduled for delivery on or after March 30, 2020 will be extended to end-of-day until further notice. In addition, the UPS Service Guarantee continues to be suspended for all shipments until further notice.

International Shipping<\/strong>
\nYou must have your own shipping account for shipping outside the USA. During the checkout process please select the shipping method\u00a0Use My Shipping Account<\/em><\/strong> – Add shipping instructions to Order Comments. Please Include Carrier Name (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc), Account Number, and Shipping Method. <\/em>**IMPORTANT: Additional customs\/duties\/brokerage fees may apply, payable to your customs broker or carrier prior to delivery.<\/p>\n
