We are closed on U.S. national holidays and their observed days.

Order processing & claims

Orders placed before 11:00am Pacific Time [1:00pm Central Time] Monday through Friday normally ship within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 11:00 am Pacific Time [1:00pm Central Time] should ship within 2 business days. (We are closed on Saturday & Sunday)

MEGAFastener.com is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, vehicle breakdowns, labor strikes, or other acts beyond our control.

MEGAFastener is not responsible for theft. Unless otherwise noted all orders ship with “No Signature Required”. In many cases this means your package may be delivered and left in a conspicuous place while you are away. Once delivered neither we nor the Carrier can be held responsible for any acts of theft. “Signature Required” shipments are available by request.

ALL CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES, DAMAGES, ETC., MUST BE MADE WITHIN TEN DAYS FROM DELIVERY, RETURNS CANNOT BE MADE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OR WITHOUT REFERENCE TO VALID RMA#.  ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS NOT RECEIVED MUST BE MADE THIRTY DAYS FROM ORDER DATE. Free Shipping terms and conditions

Offer includes all 50 states (Items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories must be able to fit USPS packaging to qualify for Free Shipping. *Additional shipping charges may apply)

Items eligible for Free Shipping are clearly marked throughout this website. On those specific items Free Shipping applies regardless of quantity, weight, or price.

By choosing the method “Free Shipping” you authorize MEGAFastener.com to determine the shipping method. Based on weight and destination the shipping method will be assigned at our discretion via USPS (approx. 7-14 business days transit), UPS (approx. 5-7 business days transit) or Common Carrier (approx. 5-8 business days transit) depending on your location (Excluding Weekends & Holidays). Lift gate service is included for residential deliveries if necessary.**

UPS and USPS (5-7 business days transit) and the Common Carrier (5-8 business days transit) are estimates only and are not a guarantee of delivery within that time.

**If your order has not been received 7 business days after it has shipped (8 business days for Common Carrier) please contact customer service**

USPS Services

First Class Mail transit times are typically 7-14 business days within the United States
Priority Mail transit times are typically 7-14 business days within the United States
Transit times are Monday through Saturday and exclude Sundays and holidays.
Transit times do not include the day your order ships.

UPS Services

Shipping cost is calculated according to current UPS Rates.
Transit times are according to business days and exclude weekends and holidays.
Transit time does not include the shipping day. For example if your order is shipped on Monday, UPS Next Day Air would deliver Tuesday; UPS 2nd Day Air – Wednesday; UPS 3 Day Select – Thursday; etc.

UPS Services for Domestic Shipping (within the USA)
UPS Next Day Air – Next business day by mid day to most locations
UPS Next Day Air Saver – Next business day by the end of day
UPS 2nd Day Air – 2nd business day by end of day
UPS 3 Day Select – 3rd business day by end of day
UPS Ground – up to 6 business days depending on delivery location

International Shipping

You must have your own shipping account for shipping outside the USA. During the checkout process please select the shipping method Use My Shipping Account – Add shipping instructions to Order Comments. Please Include Carrier Name (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc), Account Number, and Shipping Method. **IMPORTANT: Additional customs/duties/brokerage fees may apply, payable to your customs broker or carrier prior to delivery.

Tools

(1) All tool orders must be shipped to a commercial business address within the United States.
(2) All tool orders must be shipped to the billing address.
(3) All tool orders must have a company domain email address referenced on the order.
